Dorada

We love Dorada. I think its called Sea Bream in the UK. Royston found a Jamie Oliver recipe (I know...it wasnt from a Spanish book but its lovely)  He gets the fishmonger to gut the fish and then he puts slices of lemon inside and rubs it with oil and some sea salt before baking in the oven. Pimientos de Padron

We ar both hooked on these. So much so we have started to grow them at home on our kitchen window ledge (you cant seem to buy them in UK) You can buy them in any supermarket in Spain and they are lovely.

Pimento is Spanish for pepper and Pimentos de Padron are peppers from Padron, which is in the North of Spain. They are small green peppers that look a bit like chillies.

To cook the Pimentos de Padron we fry them in a small amount of oil under they start to crisp a little and then we add sea salt. ...
